[NGNIX] 서버 SSL 설정

ngnix SSL 인증 키가 있다면 다음과 같이 설정하자!!

80포트(HTTP)로 들어올 시 443(HTTPS)로 Redirect하게 설정했다.

추가로, .html 을 rewrite까지 설정했다.
